Haverhill's own USAi.net, a business grade wireless internet service provider (ISP), is poised to recreate the telecommunications revolution in the Merrimack Valley.

Gearing up to make the historic connection before Christmas, USAi.net will expand the reach and robustness of its network by making a direct wireless broadband internet connection to Boston. This eliminates the need to go through land-based Telcos.

USAi.net can now provide high speed wireless Internet service to sites anywhere in Haverhill, quickly and easily. Their circuits can support extremely fast connections up to 45 MB/s.

As an outgrowth of MVA.NET, based on Washington Street in downtown Haverhill. they are now a national player in wireless Internet services. According to USAi.net president, Dave Spaulding, they have rooftop access on 30 buildings in Boston and are equally represented in New York, Los Angeles, and ten other major U.S. markets.

USAi.net recently secured the contract to provide primary and backup Internet services for the entire Boston Public Library network, which entails 28 buildings.
